Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we use DHL for all International orders. These are sent from Perth, Western Australia.
Will I have to pay for customs & duties?
We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Vita Haus is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Can I see your product in-person?
If you are in Perth, Western Australia, we can do by-appointment viewings of products we have on hand.
For other locations, we can organise a Zoom call to show you the products.
Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes, for some of our product lines, wholesale is available. Get in touch with us to discuss these options.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
Yes, please read our full Refund Policy here.
What do I do if I received a faulty item?
Please EMAIL US with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive and review your request we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
What do I do if I receive the incorrect item?
Please EMAIL US with your order number and a photo of the item, confirming what product you ordered. Once we receive and review your request we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
What do I do if my discount or promo code isn't working?
Gift Cards are case sensitive so please check your caps lock. If you are still having trouble applying your promo code or Gift Card, please contact our customer care team here.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, due to security and misplaced items, we do not ship to PO Boxes either within Australia, or Internationally. This is in the best interest of our customers and them receiving their items.
Can I change my order?
We start processing orders immediately after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment. If you do have a change, please urgently contact our team and we’ll try and assist with any change requirements.
Once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.
How can I track my order?
Once you order is dispatched you will receive an email update with the shipping confirmation and tracking details for your order.
How long does taking take?
At checkout, based on your location and chosen shipping provider, an estimated time will be supplied.
This may change based on environmental impacts, workforce changes or other areas outside of Vita Haus' control. Once your order is placed, more details from our providers will be available for you to track and know expected delivery times.
Can I extend my gift voucher or store credit expiry date?
Our Gift Vouchers and Store Credits do not come with an expiry date. If you have any issues with using a code, please get in contact with us.
What if I use a Gift Card and then Return the order?
If an order is made using a Gift Card and successfully returned, the amount on the Gift Card will be credited back as a Store Credit.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, in any situation.
How do I use my Store Credit?
A Store Credit is available against your account and email address only, and cannot be transferred.
When checking out, simply ensure the Store Credit has been applied to redeem that amount.

Can I hire your products?
Yes! We offer hiring of a select range of our products for Home Staging or Photoshoots.
For delivery and return reasons, we only offer this within Perth, Western Australia.
