Shipping policy

Currently, we ship both Domestically within Australia, and Internationally to New Zealand only. 

If you are based elsewhere in the world, please email us for shipping rates and placing an order with us.

For all orders, we use either Australia Post or Sendle. We choose these two carriers for their transparent focus on being carbon neutral, supporting Australian charities or communities in need, and/or with a transparent roadmap to a more sustainable future and business.

We may also use DHL for International orders, where we cannot delivery or the rates are better to our customers, to do so. 

Our Online Store will calculate the shipping of your items at Check Out and based on the total weight of your cart and order. These rates come from our Shipping Providers.

We have a number of options in terms of speed of delivery. Again, please note these are pending the delivery address and do not take into account any unforeseeable shipping delays.

SENDLE & AUSTRALIA POST

Standard Domestic (Australia): 2-5 Business Days 

Standard International (New Zealand): 7-11 Business Days

Unfortunately Sendle cannot accept PO Boxes.  

When sent via Australia Post, a Signature on Delivery will always be requested by us, to ensure you receive your parcel.

DHL

For large and heavy orders, we choose DHL as they guarantee global delivery safe and quick, while also having a high focus on their carbon footprint. Every package sent from us with DHL is offset, at our cost, as a part of DHLs Green Logistics Initiative, of which, they are the first logistics company globally to commit to a zero-emissions target. POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. Please contact us if you would like further information or assistance with delivery timeframes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online Vita Haus account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
